Overview

All products purchased from Minisforum’s refurbished store (refurbished.minisforum.com) are covered by a one-year limited warranty. We provide comprehensive after-sales support to all customers.

The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the date of receipt.

Note:
For products purchased through third-party platforms or retailers, please contact the respective seller directly for any refund, replacement, or after-sales service requests.

For commercial, rental, or bulk orders, please contact refurbished@minisforum.com directly.

Our free return policy applies only within the United States. For returns from outside the U.S., customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds are not available for international returns.

Refurbished products do not include a docking base.

Terms of Warranty

Before requesting a refund or replacement, please confirm your order status with us.

1. Pending Orders (In-stock or Pre-sale Products)

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a full refund at any time before shipment. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

2. Shipped Orders

2.1 Warranty Coverage


1-Year Limited Warranty: Effective from the customer’s receipt date.

30-Day Return/Replacement for Quality Issues: If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of receipt, it may be returned or replaced at no cost.

Dead on Arrival (DOA): For products damaged upon arrival, customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Minisforum will cover the shipping cost (see Section 2.2.2).

After 30 Days (Within Warranty Period): For issues occurring after 30 days but within 12 months, Minisforum will provide repair or replacement parts service, and will cover the first round-trip shipping cost.

Note:

Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear or usage marks. Such conditions are not considered defects.

2.2 Quality-Related Issues

2.2.1 Damaged Packaging or Missing Items

Damaged/Deformed Packaging

  1. If your package arrives damaged or deformed, please immediately file a claim with the courier and obtain a stamped confirmation slip.
  2. Contact us and include a detailed description along with photos of the damaged package and the confirmation slip.
  3. Once verified, you may request a full refund or replacement.

Missing Items

  1. Please carefully check package contents and weight before signing for delivery.
  2. If any item is missing, contact us via email with your order number (e.g., RE1000) and a detailed description (text/photos/videos).
  3. Upon verification, you may request a replacement or partial refund.

Note:
Minisforum will cover shipping costs for returns or replacements caused by packaging damage, missing items, or incorrect shipments.

Minisforum is not responsible for lost packages after successful delivery to the correct address (based on tracking information).

2.2.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives non-functional (“Dead on Arrival”), please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  1. Include your order number (e.g., RE1000) and a detailed issue description (text/photos/videos) in your email.
  2. Once confirmed as DOA, we will provide a warehouse address for return shipment.
  3. After the DOA item is returned, customers may choose a full refund or replacement.

Minisforum will cover all return and replacement shipping costs related to DOA cases.

3. Return Conditions

  1. All returns must include all original accessories.
  2. Returns must be packaged in the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
  3. All returns must be shipped to the designated Minisforum warehouse.
  4. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
  5. If the wrong item is returned, or the defective product is not received by Minisforum, the warranty will be void.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received by Minisforum.
  2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.


    PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours.


    Credit card or bank refunds may take 7–10 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Additional remote area surcharges may apply for replacement shipments.
  • Tax-free shipping insurance applies only to the original shipment and expires after successful delivery.

    Customers who wish to avoid potential import duties on replacement shipments should repurchase the insurance.

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear or aging from daily use
  • Bulk, rental, or commercial-use orders
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Loss or theft during normal use
  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Discontinued models with no remaining stock
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or resold/third-party transferred products
  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized service providers
  • Intentional or accidental damage caused by human factors
  • Damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes) or social events (strikes, wars, embargoes)
  • Improper use, including but not limited to: drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, liquid damage, improper operation, or incorrect hardware replacement

Products damaged due to human error or misuse are not eligible for warranty service or compensation.

Minisforum may offer replacement parts or products (subject to availability) at the customer’s expense, including shipping.

Damage caused by overclocking, even if enabled via Minisforum hardware/software, is not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in this policy, Minisforum makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Minisforum shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, property damage, loss of use, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other indirect or special damages.
