Regarding the refurbished team, they were extremely helpful and would get back to me, usually overnight about the refurb board I bought (BD790i X3D). At first I thought the unit I got had a problem, and they accepted it back through the mail right away. It turned out to be user error but they still walked me through it. I appreciated the warranty support, just be familiar with the return vs replace windows etc..
