Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees & Time
We offer free shipping for the majority of the EU. Shipments to certain areas are temporarily unavailable. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.

 

Shipping Orders
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the package been dispatched. And customers also can track the order through the button Order Status.

Tariff insurance
Customs duties in non-EU regions are borne by customers!
Minisforum does not bear the customs duties sent to customers!


Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is availbale before the product is shipped or produced. You will get a refund after a 2% platform handling fee.
Customers cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out unless customers cover all charges to send the parcel back.

 

Order Changing or Refunding
Within the period of warranty, we offer free changing and refunding.

Tips: If customers send back the package, Priority postage and Expedited postage, cash on delivery are not supported. If customers use these delivery options, the shipping fee shall be paid by themselves.

Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Order(s) will be shipped by Minisforum. When you place an order on Minisforum.store website, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from Minisforum. Please check your email address. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add Minisforum to your contact list.

EU Transport Policy
According to the new regulations of EU countries that all goods imported into the EU will be charged VAT by customs from July 1 2021 (Different countries have different value-added tax).
Please actively cooperate with the local customs for customs clearance otherwise the goods will be sent back or destroyed because of overdue, and incur high fees.
Please Note: Our company will not be responsible for this matter and will not bear the fees if you don’t actively handle customs clearance.

PART 3. Available countries and regions: United Kingdom Shipping Info

Shipping Fees & Time

Minisforum UK offer free shipping for customers in Ireland and the UK. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after the payment is successfully processed. We will update the tracking number and the shipping information via email after the package is dispatched. Customers can also check the shipping information in the Order Status section of their Minisforum accounts.

About Refurbished Products:

Orders will be shipped from the German warehouse and is expected to arrive at your address in 7-10 days. (After receiving the tariff invoice, please send it to us for reimbursement)

※ Please Note:

1) We creates the shipping label at the beginning of the process in order to start processing your order through customs. We do this to save time in customs, and that's why you will see the shipping status sometimes appear to be stuck in "Shipping label has been created" or "Shipment information received" status for a short time.

Shipping status will update once the package has been processed through customs (about 4-6 business days on average). You will receive your parcel within 2–3 weeks after it has cleared customs (please allow an extra week for shipping during holiday seasons).

2)Regarding taxation, for the UK market, the prices we sell include customs duties and value-added tax (VAT), and no additional taxes are required from customers. For the Irish market, customers are responsible for customs duties. If you have any questions, please contact us at the following email address: UK@minisforum.com.

3)Minisforum UK delivers to mainland UK and Ireland. Free shipping is available for orders £95 and above for all products in the store; however, certain items (accessories and peripherals) are excluded from free shipping. For products priced at £0-£39, a shipping fee of £15 will be charged, while products priced at £40-£94 will incur a shipping fee of £10.

 

Order Cancellation

※ Please contact us first before canceling the order.

1) Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.

2) Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.

Delivery Address
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.

※ A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.

Shipping Notification
Order(s) will be shipped by Minisforum. Customers will receive an auto-send shipping information email from Minisforum after the order is placed. If customers cannot find the email, please check the spam folder, and add Minisforum to the contact list.

EU Shipping Policy

※ Customers from Europe (including EU countries and non-EU countries): please visit our official European store (https://store.minisforum.de/) to shop for our mini PCs.

Starting from July 1st, 2021, all goods imported into the EU will be charged VAT by customs. The amount of VAT is subject to the country.
Please actively cooperate with local customs for customs clearance; otherwise, the package will be sent back or discarded after customs clearance is overdue. Customers will be charged a large number of fees in this situation.
Please note that we will not be responsible for the fee if customers do not handle customs clearance.

Versandkosten und -dauer

Wir bieten kostenlosen Versand für den Großteil der USA an. Lieferungen in bestimmte Gebiete sind vorübergehend nicht möglich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Zuschläge für abgelegene Gebiete übernehmen.

Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach erfolgreicher Zahlungsabwicklung versandt. Wir aktualisieren die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer und die Versandinformationen per E-Mail, sobald das Paket versandt wurde. Kunden können die Versandinformationen auch im Bereich „Bestellstatus“ ihres Minisforum-Kontos einsehen. (Änderungen der Lieferzeit werden auf der Kaufseite vermerkt.)

※ Bitte beachten Sie:

1) Minisforum erstellt zu Beginn des Prozesses das Versandetikett, um mit der Zollabfertigung Ihrer Bestellung zu beginnen. Dies tun wir, um Zeit beim Zoll zu sparen. Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass der Versandstatus für kurze Zeit auf „Versandetikett erstellt“ oder „Versandinformationen erhalten“ hängen bleibt.

Der Versandstatus wird aktualisiert, sobald das Paket den Zoll passiert hat (durchschnittlich 4–6 Werktage). Sie erhalten Ihr Paket innerhalb von 2–3 Wochen nach der Zollabfertigung (bitte rechnen Sie während der Feiertage mit einer zusätzlichen Woche Lieferzeit).

2) Zeitplan der chinesischen Feiertage 2025:

· Neujahr: 1.1.2025

· Frühlingsfest (Chinesisches Neujahr): 23.1.2025 bis 4.2.2025

· Grabfegerfest (Ching Ming Fest): 4.4. bis 6.4.2025

Tarifversicherung

Sollten Sie Bedenken hinsichtlich Zollgebühren haben, schließen Sie bitte eine Zollversicherung ab. Wir übernehmen die Zollgebühren, falls Ihr Paket verzollt werden muss. (Wenn Ihre Bestellung aus einem US-Lager versendet wird, ist kein Kauf erforderlich.)

So funktioniert es :
1) Bitte erwerben Sie beim Bezahlvorgang eine Tarifversicherung.
2) Das Paket wird versendet und die Kunden erhalten vom Zoll eine Benachrichtigung über die Zollgebühren.
3) Bitte entrichten Sie die Zollgebühren und bewahren Sie den Zahlungsbeleg auf.
4) Bitte senden Sie uns den Zahlungsbeleg per E-Mail. Wir prüfen ihn und erstatten Ihnen den vollen Zollbetrag innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Werktagen über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.

Stornierung der Bestellung

※ Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns zuerst, bevor Sie die Bestellung stornieren.

1) Dem Kunden, der die Bestellung aus persönlichen Gründen vor der Lieferung storniert, wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 2 % für die Rückerstattung berechnet.

2) Kunden können die Bestellung nicht stornieren, wenn die Produkte bereits versandt wurden, es sei denn, sie tragen die Kosten für alle zurückgesandten Pakete und 2 % der Plattformfracht.

Lieferadresse

Für die Lieferung ist eine korrekte und vollständige Adresse erforderlich. Sobald Ihre Bestellung versandfertig ist oder versendet wurde, kann die Lieferadresse NICHT mehr geändert werden.

Sollte das Paket aufgrund einer vom Kunden angegebenen falschen oder unvollständigen Adresse an uns zurückgesandt werden, werden wir uns umgehend mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um die Adresse zu ändern. In diesem Fall trägt der Kunde die Versandkosten für das erneut versandte Paket.

Versandbenachrichtigung

Der Versand der Bestellung(en) erfolgt durch Minisforum. Kunden erhalten nach der Bestellung automatisch eine E-Mail mit Versandinformationen von Minisforum. Sollten Kunden die E-Mail nicht finden, überprüfen Sie bitte Ihren Spam-Ordner und fügen Sie Minisforum Ihrer Kontaktliste hinzu.
